"I really enjoyed my experience at Brix 27! Megan was our server. She was very attentive and checked back frequently. The truffle fries are amazing! Perfectly crisp and flavorful. The dipping sauce is 10/10 delicious. We also had the Brussell Sprouts. Flavor was delicious but a few of them were a little tough to eat. We also ordered the Hot Hawaiian flatbread. I would definitely order that again! The portions were huge so we ended up bringing home leftovers from each dish. They had a great selection of cocktails. I look forward to trying some of them next visit!"

"Everything is always amazing! My favorite local restaurant. The flatbreads, pastas, Truffle fries, filet mignon, and crab Mac are all to die for. Tried a seasonal Gingerbread Espresso Martini and it did not disappoint. The cold foam on the top was seriously amazing. They make it in house, and I was told it is also on their Espresso Martini which is available regularly. Wonderful service and atmosphere. Brix is a place that makes you feel a little luxurious and like you're enjoying the finer things in life. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I went here last year and this year and it was excellent! Our server was Connie B and she was awesome! She was very sweet, fun and the perfect amount of attentive. Food was good and the atmosphere was very cool. We got to watch the bartenders make smoky drinks! Will def be back."

"This was a second visit for us, because the first visit did not disappoint. From appetizer through to dessert, each course was amazing. So, we came back for a second time as a date night again, to see what else they had and whether or not they could keep that same energy in the kitchen this time around. For this second visit, we chose 2 flights of wine, the charcuterie board, 2 flatbread pizzas and for dessert the lemon tart and the creme brulee, which I did not know they change flavors. The first visit we had the almond creme brulee which was to die for, the second was a mocha with coffee grounds at the bottom which was not for me. Our waitress Connie was fantastic, checking in on us the right amount to where we did not feel she was hovering nor was she M.I.A for most of the time. She provided excellent recommendations and a fantastic, sweet attitude. I highly recommend visiting at least once. They will not disappoint in service, ambiance, and quality of flavor."

"This place is truly a hidden gem. My husband and I decided to go to Brix27 to celebrate our 5th anniversary, and what a great decision that was! My husband has Celiac's disease, so I included on our reservation that we would need a gluten free menu. Upon our arrival, the gluten free menu was already waiting for us on our table and our server spoke with my husband about his dietary needs, which made us feel like the staff took the time to prepare for our reservation. The staff even read ingredients and looked things up to verify they were safe for my husband to eat. The atmosphere here was great and the food was phenomenal. The owner even reached out to me the day after to make sure the staff did a good job with the allergy and to thank us for coming. We will be returning to this spot many, many times. Highly recommend!"

"We came in for an early supper and the place was mostly empty aside from us. Everything looked really good, but we decided to do a tapas-style meal and all of the appetizers looked appealing. We ordered five of the smaller plates and were very happy with our decision. All of them were quite good. The charcuterie board and deviled eggs were both at the top of the list for me."

"This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, our server was excellent, very friendly, the selection and quality of cocktails is great!. Unfortunately, the food was not as good, my risotto was cold, my crab cakes were scorching hot like they just came out of the microwave, the BBQ flat bread was average. I would go back to have drinks and experience the service."

"My partner and I celebrated our second anniversary at Brix 27. It was our first visit to the Hedgesville/Martinsburg area, and it stood out as one of the stronger dining options. We had a 5pm Saturday reservation. A couple hours beforehand, a hostess called to confirm and noted it was our first time dining there. She offered a few helpful tips for finding the restaurant and asked if we were celebrating anything, which was a nice touch. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and greeted us. Our table by the front window was set with two glasses of champagne, a handwritten congratulatory anniversary card, and a rose– we were tickled! The restaurant itself is a beautifully restored historic brick building with thoughtful design choices. Our waitress, Naijah, was welcoming, personable, and checked-in regularly without hovering. The drinks were excellent, and the crab cakes met my high standards as an Eastern Shore Maryland native. The experience surpassed our expectations. Thank you, Brix team!"
